By using the Retro.mobi app and website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
Retro.mobi recognises the model of a retro gadget from a photo, keeps your virtual shelf and shows an estimated value for each item.
The estimate is for information only. It is calculated from sales data, condition and the presence of a box, and it is not an offer to buy or sell, an independent appraisal or a price guarantee. A model recognised from a photo can be wrong: check the result.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may block an account that breaks these terms.
Your content
You keep the rights to your photos and notes. You allow us to store, process and show them, including on the public page of your shelf until you hide the shelf or delete the content, and only to run the service.
Upload only photos of collectible items you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful material, other people's personal data, or abusive or obscene content. We may remove such content and block the account.
Pro subscription
The free plan is limited to 15 items on the shelf; Pro removes the limit. Payment goes through YooKassa. When auto-renewal is on, the payment is taken automatically at the end of the paid period; you can switch auto-renewal off in the app before it is taken.
Refunds follow the law and your contract with us; write to us to ask for one.
Limit of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for buying or selling decisions based on the estimate, or for interruptions caused by things outside our control. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes and ending
We may change the service and these terms. We will announce significant changes in the app or on the website. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country. This does not take away consumer rights that are mandatory under the law of your country.
